  When I needed a week+ worth of linens due to unforseen circumstances, they were able to give me enough for that day, and did a rush so that I would have the rest by the next day - can't beat service like that! And it was all done with a smile.

  I took my jacket in to have a new zipper put on. It was a completely different colour then the pocket zippers and only lasted two years before it broke. I decided to give them another chance and took my jacket in to be cleaned. They said they could get it clean but when I picked it up it looked worse.
